Space
1999 books were published in the UK by Orbit Books (Series 1) and Star
Books (Series 2).
In the US the books were published by Pocket Books (Series 1) and Warner
Books (Series 2). The US got one more book in each of Series 1 and 2 than
the UK got.
A 'final' novel was published by Orbit Books in 1977 called "Earthfall" which was the story of Moonbase Alpha's return to Earth. In 2001 the book "Alien Seed" was re-published by Eagle One Media Inc (pictured below). I do not have this in my collection. A revival of the series in book form started in 2002 with all new novels published by Powys Books.
