Knight
Rider was a very popular series from the 80s
which I have listed under TV Sci Fi due to the futuristic vehicles involved
(as with Airwolf and Street Hawk). Only five
books were published, in the US by Pinnacle Books (I do not have any of
these) and in the UK by Star Books (Nos 1 and 2) and Target Books (Nos
3 - 5). The series premise (of talking vehicles) was revived for a short
while in the 90s with Team Knight Rider set in the days after Michael
Knight's disappearance.
