Willo the Wisp was a BBC children's programme that ran for twenty-six episodes in 1981 and starred the voice of Kenneth Williams. The series was written by Nick Spargo who also wrote the set of novelisations published by Windward Books (an imprint owned by WH Smith the booksellers). In 2005 a second series was written by Bobbie Spargo (daughter of the late Nick Spargo) for another twenty-six episodes and broadcast on Playhouse Disney starring the voice of James Dreyfus. I do not know if any books were published of the second series.
