The
Magic Roundabout is one of the most popular children's TV series of
all time, shown for the first time in the UK between 1965 and 1977.
The series was originally created in France where it was known as 'Le
Manège enchanté' but was re-made by the BBC for UK audiences. Dozens
of books have been published over the years and this gallery is largely
incomplete, limited to my collection and to image contributions from
site fans. There have been two films, 'Dougal and the Blue Cat' in 1970
and 'The Magic Roundabout' in 2005, both of which have been novelised.
