Kojak
was a popular US detective series from the early 70s. Ten books were
published in the US, nine by Pocket Books in a numbered series, and
one extra by Berkley Medallion Books. In the UK, several titles were
reprinted by Star Books, one with a different title ("Death is
Not a Passing Grade" (US) as "Marked for Murder" (UK)).
