Home
and Away is an Australian soap that was first broadcast in 1988 in Australia
and shortly after exported to the UK audiences. The series is still
running. Several books have been published, in short-lived series from
different publishers. Armada Books published two books and then re-published
those two as one book later the same year (1989). Fantail Books published
4 books (as far as I'm aware) and Thames Mandarin started a numbered
series in 1990 (for two books). Oddly, although an Australian soap,
less books were published in Australia than in the UK. I know of only
two, one published by Collins Books and one by Pan MacMillan which was
the novelisation of the video episode never shown on TV.
