Degrassi Junior High was a children's television series that was a spin-off
from The Kids of Degrassi Street
being the second series in the Degrassi franchise that ran for three
seasons from 1987 to 1989. The franchise continued with Degrassi High
(third series in the franchise) that ran for two seasons from 1989 to
1991. Twelve books were published in the US covering both series as
'Degrassi Classic Novels'.
