The earliest collections of Smurfs I do not own other than the description papers of the series... "Super-Mini-Schlumpf-Parade" (1983) and "Olympiade der Schlumpfe (1984).

The first complete Smurfs series in my collection is the handpainted figure series issued in Germany in 1988 with the title "FuBball-Schlumpfe" (Football Smurfs).

The second Smurfs series in my collection is the stick figure series issued in 1990, comprised of parts that you had to put together, including stickers for eyes, buttons and other adornments. Each figure also came with a cartoon strip on the back of the description paper and a sticker of the character.

The third Smurfs series in my collection is the stick figure series issued in 1996 as part of the K97 range of toys (numbers 59 to 68).

 

The fourth Smurfs series in my collection is the stick figure series issued in 2001 as part of the K02 range of toys (numbers 57 to 66).

The fifth Smurfs series in my collection is the handpainted figure series issued in 2008 as part of the NV range of toys (numbers 129 to 137).
