Thelwell
cartoons first appeared in the late 1950s in Punch Magazine. Many books
have been published, by Penguin Books, Methuen Books and Magnum Books
(an imprint of Methuen). The earliest books were hardback, followed by
a trade size paperback series and standard size paperbacks. In the 90s
the books were reprinted with different covers again (as trade size books)
by Mandarin Books. I do not have all the books in my collection, consequently
the gallery below is limited to just my collection at the present.
